The Texas Association of School Resource Officers is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation for school based law enforcement officers, school administrators, and school safety/security personnel and is not organized for the private gain of any person. It is organized under the Nonprofit Corporation Laws of the State of Texas for public and educational purposes.
