Exhibit hall will be open Monday through Wednesday during our conference. Exhibitors are expected to be opened at all times that the exhibit hall is open.
Exhibitor Conference Rate (3 days): $200
Exhibitor One Day Rate: $100
Exhibitor Two Day Rate: $150
SPONSORSHIPS are also available for this conference.
The exhibit hall will be located at the Embassy Suites by Hilton San Marcos Hotel Conference Center & Spa, 1001 E. McCarty Lane, San Marcos, Texas, 78666.
Exhibitors should plan to set up Sunday evening so the exhibit hall/area is ready to go beginning Monday morning. Exhibitors may tear down Wednesday afternoon/evening. Electricity is included in the exhibitor fee.
